This course provides an introduction Agile principles, methods, and tools for software development. Topics include are; COURSE OVERVIEW -Traditional “Waterfall” Development -What is Agile? -The “Agile Manifesto” -12 Principles of Agile -What is “Scrum”? -Scrum Roles -The Sprint & Sprint Planning -Daily Scrum -Sprint Review & Sprint Retrospective -Scrum Artifacts -Themes, Initiatives, Epics, and User Stories -Barriers to Becoming Agile -Being Agile and… Being Lean Estimated effort: 2 hours (including exercises, if applicable) COURSE MATERIALS: Included in your course materials is a "workbook" that offers a 3-slide per page booklet that you can download and/or print for note taking. IMPORTANT - Registration and payment for this training course is a prerequisite to access and participation. - Upon payment, your registration will be processed within a maximum of one day, after which you will receive notification by email with confirmation of registration and access codes to this course. - Access to this course is for a period of three days from the date of notification.
